Carole Hochman Introduces Her Online Shopping Destination and Lifestyle Resource

Many factors have contributed to Carole Hochman's great success in the sleepwear and intimate apparel industry but it is the personal connection that she makes with consumers that has amassed her devoted following throughout the country. Carole has made it a priority over the years to coordinate in-store visits and to personally respond to the countless emails and letters she receives, despite the responsibilities that come with running a $160 million dollar business, being a devoted mother and grandmother and supporting philanthropic organizations. It was this contact with consumers that allowed Carole to recognize the trend in their questions, feedback and suggestions: women look to Carole for much more than a superior sleepwear product.

As email inboxes became full of questions about how Carole decorates her own home, what books she reads, what flowers she loves, what sheets she prefers, it became clear that women trusted Carole - and viewed her as a lifestyle guru. Carole decided to revamp her ecommerce website to serve as a portal for reaching these women and as a vehicle for carrying out her mission to encourage others to "live well" and "sleep well."

Set to launch in November 2007, the beautifully designed www.carolehochman.com will feature a streamlined, easy to navigate ecommerce section along with informative destinations including areas where viewers can chat with Carole, flip though her personal photos, catch a glimpse of her favorite things and learn her lifestyle tips. The website will be updated on a regular basis to reflect new tips and information. Visitors will be exposed to a breadth of information based on Carole's own professional and personal experience ranging from why thread count matters and what one can do to ensure a perfect night's sleep to what books she finds inspiring and how to find the perfect gift to bring when visiting someone's home

Carole Hochman Launches Midnight Label

Carole Hochman, renowned for her premium cotton home wear sold in better department and specialty stores globally, will introduce a new collection as well as a new label, Midnight, targeted towards a younger demographic for Spring 2008. The Carole Hochman brand was founded by revered designer and industry pioneer, Carole Hochman, who serves as the Principal and Creative Director of the Carole Hochman Design Group, yet is personally involved in all aspects of design and production of her namesake label.

Remaining true to the practicality that has built the strong base of Carole Hochman devotees, the Spring 2008 collection combines time-honored sleep styles with modern design and superior fabrics - including organic and Supima cottons. Robes, gowns, chemises, "shortie" pajamas, capri pajamas and sleepshirts comprise the sophisticated lineup. The color palatte, based on soft pastels and crisp white, is infused with vibrant sorbet shades, giving the collection a fresh and modern spin.

To cater to the increasing number of younger woman who have gravitated towards the Carole Hochman brand in recent seasons, Carole has expanded the line to incorporate the Midnight label. Encompassing sub-collections called Moonstruck, After Midnight, About Last Night and Stardust, the Midnight range has a sexier flare, without compromising the elegance, luxury and comfort synonymous with Carole Hochman. A fashion-forward edge is reflected throughout the collection in styles ranging from a streamlined pima cotton cami and mini-short set with vintage-inspired lace trim to a modal chemises featuring a plunging neckline.
